Appointment Policies

Requesting an Appointment

  • Please use the form here to request an appointment.  I do my best to reply to every request via email within 2-3 days (unless I'm out of town!).

  • I do all of my booking via email as Instagram messages usually get buried.  Please use the form linked above rather than DMs, otherwise I might not see it.

  • I’m happy to offer design consultation appointments (in person at the studio or via Zoom) - these appointments are 30 minutes long and always free of charge.

  • I also offer large group sessions (5+ people) for matching group tattoos, events such as bachelor/bachelorette parties, birthdays, etc.  Let me know in your request form if that's something you're interested in!

  • My books are always open - feel free to request an appointment at any time!

  • I usually book out 1-1.5 months in advance, but I’m always happy to book out further than that if needed. Saturdays are the most popular day and are booked out usually 2-3 months. I have a cancellation waitlist for those interested in snagging randomly available dates!

Pricing, Deposits, & Designs

  • My rate is $150/hr.

  • I charge a $50 deposit for each single session, $100 deposit for small group sessions (2-4 people), and $150-$200 for large group sessions (5+ people). Deposits are non-refundable, and will be deducted from the final cost at the end of your appointment.

  • Cash or Venmo/CashApp are preferred but all major credit cards & debit cards are accepted.

  • Tattoo designs are completed ahead of time, and we’ll review your design together on the day of your appointment. Minor changes can be made at this time. If we need to do any major revisions, we’ll reschedule your appointment for a later date and I’ll redesign your piece at no additional cost to you.

At Your Appointment

  • You must have a valid photo ID with you on the day of your appointment confirming that you are 18 or older. We require all clients to fill out our studio paperwork before we begin your appointment.

  • Please make sure you’re hydrated and you’ve eaten before your appointment.

  • Feel free to wear whatever comfy clothing you’d like - I do my best to protect all clothing, but black is always a good option just in case!

  • Feel free to bring snacks and (non-alcoholic) beverages, headphones, etc.
